Hi Damager!
Nice that you've registered and ask us!
Concerning your problem:
I think the best would be buying 2 gb...doesnt matter if you've good processor and video card, the ram is important too. But i give u the advise to buy ram which has a good quality like kingston, because thats the best u can spend the money on and you can be sure not to have problems again with Battlefield 2! Me personilly have no name Ram and it sucks really...
I had to buy better one instead of this fucking ram....
(totally: 2-gb ddr and it didnt change anything)
by the way, which processor and videocard do you actually have?
MfG Gypsy

hmm my english is not very good, but i hope you understand it^^
i have 1gb "no name" ram too, and it really sucks, btw i know what gypsy means
i often heard that KINGSTON make the best RAM, so i have to recommend kingston
a few years ago i had a 256 mb ram from kingston and it ran without any problems
2GB single btw 1GB+1GB in dual channel are the best what you can do/buy

Hi Damager!
I can also just recommend RAM from CORSAIR, or as my mates, KINGSTON. In several Computer magazines these are often the ones that were rated best. I myself just have 756MB from a no-name manufacturer and I can just tell ya: Don't waste your money on that shit, it won't increase your performance that much!
